Hezena Lemaletian is a passionate humanitarian and gender equity advocate, currently serving as a nominated senator in the Kenyan Parliament under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). A graduate of the University of Nairobi, she has extensive experience, including roles at the Ministry of Environment and the Tourism Fund. Hezena is the founder of the Hezena Lemaletian Foundation, which focuses on empowering the Samburu community through education, sustainable development, and support for orphans and vulnerable families. She is committed to creating opportunities and driving positive change for marginalized groups, with a vision for a more inclusive and thriving society.
